摘要
将异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二醇(PCL)作为主要原料,二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水扩链剂,采用OP-10乳化剂对金尾矿进行表面处理,然后将其作为掺杂剂,通过原位聚合法合成端基为异氰酸酯基的聚氨酯预聚体,以季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)作为异氰酸酯基的封端剂,进行中和、加水分散等过程,最终得到了聚氨酯材料。研究了OP-10乳化剂的含量对聚氨酯乳液的稳定性、薄膜的结晶性、透光率和吸水率等性能的影响。结果表明,随着OP-10乳化剂用量的增加,聚氨酯乳液的离心沉淀率和透光率呈下降趋势,聚氨酯乳液的离心沉淀率由4.28%下降至3.34%,聚氨酯薄膜的透光率由62.66%下降至44.46%。随OP-10乳化剂用量的增加,聚氨酯形成了更致密的空间结构,因此,结晶性增强,吸水率先减小后增大,这是由于,过量的OP-10乳化剂含有亲水基,降低了聚氨酯薄膜的耐水性。
Polyurethane pre-polymers ended with isocyanate group was prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),poly-caprolactone diol(PCL)as the main raw materials,dihydroxy methyl butyric acid(DMBA)as the hydrophilic chain extender and gold tailings treated by OP-10 emulsifier as dopant.Polyurethane materials was finally prepared by using pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA)as cap ending agent followed by neutralization and water dispersion process.The effect of the dosage of OP-10 emulsifier on the stability of emulsion,crystallinity,transmittance and water absorption of polyurethane film were discussed.The results showed that with the increase of OP-10 emulsifier dosage,the centrifugal sedimentation rate and transmittance of polyurethane emulsion showed a downward trend.The centrifugal precipitation rate of polyurethane emulsion decreased from 4.28%to 3.34%,and the transmittance of polyurethane film decreased from 62.66%to 44.46%.With the increase of the amount of OP-10 emulsifier,polyurethane formed a more compact spatial structure,and the crystallinity was enhanced.The water absorption first decreased and then increased.The excessive amount of OP-10 emulsifier had a negative impact on the water resistance of polyurethane film due to the presence of hydrophilic groups.
