贵州省某高扬程供水工程水锤分析

摘要 为保证高扬程供水工程的安全稳定,基于特征线法对高扬程供水工程进行水锤计算,分析阀门拒动、不同关阀规律对高扬程供水工程的水锤影响。结果表明阀门关闭规律对高扬程供水工程水锤压力影响较大,阀门采用不同分段关闭规律时,供水工程最大水锤压力差距较大。依据水锤计算成果,选取4 s-0.1-60 s关阀规律,机组最大反转速、最大水锤压力均满足规范要求,沿线未出现水柱断裂。 The accidental shutdown could cause great harm because of high water head,large topography and long water pipeline in the high-lift water supply engineering in Guizhou Province.In order to ensure the safety and stability of high-lift water supply engineering,the water hammer calculation was carried out based on the characteristic line method,and the influence of valve rejection and different valve closing rules on the water hammer of high-lift water supply engineering was analyzed.The results show that the valve closing rules have great influence on the water hammer pressure of high-lift water supply engineering.When the valve is closed by different sections,the difference of the maximum water hammer pressure in the water supply engineering is large.It selected 4 s-0.1-60 s valve closing rule in terms of the calculation of water hammer results,the maximum reverse speed and maximum water hammer pressure of the unit met the specification requirements,and no water column fracture was caused along the line.
