摘要
针对某船调距桨额定承载功率不足、功率质量比偏低等问题,对该调距桨用图谱法进行了重新设计。介绍调距桨的结构和主要部件功能,分析图谱设计调距桨的理论依据,根据主机、船体主要参数进行调距桨的选型。用图谱法对主机额定功率驱动的调距桨进行终结设计,确定所能达到的最大船速和对应的调距桨最佳要素,并进行空泡、强度校核;满足要求后进行螺距修正、绘制敞水性征曲线。对主机其他功率驱动调距桨进行图谱设计,并按设计桨直径进行调距桨最佳要素转换。进行冷藏船航行特性计算,验证图谱设计结果。最后,进行图谱设计总结,绘制桨叶伸张轮廓图。研究结果表明,图谱设计的调距桨能充分利用主机额定功率,提高了调距桨的功率质量比。
In this article,map design is conducted to redesign a ship’s CPP with the problems of insufficient load power and low power-weight ratio. Efforts are made to introduce the structure and function of the CPP main components,and then analysis is carried out on the theoretical basis of CPP map design. The CPP type is selected according to the main parameters of the main engine and the hull. CPP which is driven by the main engine’s rated power is subject to end design,in order to determine the maximum ship speed and the optimal elements of CPP. Both vacuole checking and strength checking are conducted;after all the requirements are met,pitch correction is carried out and the curve of open-water characteristics is drawn. Map design is conducted on other power drives of CPP,and the optimal elements are converted according to the propeller’s diameter. The navigation characteristics of refrigerated ships are calculated,in order to verify these results. At last,the results of map design are summarized and the blade-extension profile is drawn. This study shows that thanks to map design,CPP makes full use of the main engine’s rated power and improves its power-weight ratio.
