资源开采对防洪工程的影响分析

摘要 为研究河南许昌某矿资源开采对南水北调中线河南段某防洪工程的影响,本文将线性防洪构筑物及其附属涵洞按重要程度进行分析并提出不同类别的处置建议,采用概率积分法进行防洪沟压覆区域采后地表变形预测;结合预测结果从浅层水文地质、防洪工程设计流量、流速与横截面积等方面分析采后对防洪沟造成的影响。结果表明:该矿压覆资源开采会造成防洪沟的沟道变形与沉降,采取一定措施后,可保证防洪工程的安全使用;下穿公路的涵洞变形值在允许范围内;该矿在防洪沟下可进行正常开采,避免资源浪费,同时对采空区上防洪沟的施工与维护具有指导意义。 In order to study the influence of resources mining of a mine in Henan province on a flood control project in the main channel of South-to-North Water Transfer Project,in this paper,the linear flood control structures and their attached culverts were analyzed according to their importance and different kinds of disposal suggestions were put forward.The probability integral method was used to predict the post-mining surface deformation in the area covered by the flood control ditch.Combined with the prediction results,the influence of post-mining on the function of flood control ditch was analyzed from the aspects of shallow hydrogeology,design flow rate,flow velocity and cross-sectional area of flood control project.The results show that the mining of overburden resources in the mine will cause the deformation and settlement of the gully,and the safe operation of the flood control works can be guaranteed after taking some measures.The deformation value of the culvert crossing the highway is within the allowable range;The mine resources can be mined normally under the flood prevention ditch to avoid the waste of resources,and it has guiding significance for the construction and maintenance of the flood prevention ditch above the goaf.
