摘要
目的分析抚州市妇幼保健院糖尿病患者胰岛素的正确使用情况。方法选取2018年4月~2019年4月抚州市妇幼保健院(第二人民医院)门诊以及住院的355例2型糖尿病患者,接受胰岛素治疗的时间均超过6个月,自行设计调查问卷,调查患者注射胰岛素使用情况。结果本次调查问卷共计发放355份,回收所有问卷,有效回收率为100%。调查问卷结果显示,2型糖尿病患者胰岛素笔和胰岛素匹配,正确安装胰岛素笔、胰岛素针头内,遵医嘱按规定时间、规定次数注射,注射胰岛素避开增生、瘢痕、感染部位等掌握情况较好;但正确存放胰岛素笔及胰岛素,注射胰岛素前洗手,注射胰岛素前核对胰岛素剂量及类型,注射胰岛素前酒精消毒皮肤,90°角注射胰岛素,每次使用均更换胰岛素针头,注射部位和上次注射间隔距离超过3 cm掌握情况较差。结论抚州市妇幼保健院2型糖尿病患者在正确存放胰岛素笔及胰岛素,注射胰岛素前洗手,注射胰岛素前核对胰岛素剂量及类型,注射胰岛素前酒精消毒皮肤,90°角注射胰岛素,每次使用均更换胰岛素针头,注射部位和上次注射间隔距离超过3 cm等使用胰岛素的操作仍存在不足,需不断改善,不断提升正确使用胰岛素的水平。
Objective To analyze the correct use of insulin in diabetic patients in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019,355 patients with type 2 diabetes in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital(the Second People′s Hospital)were selected,and all of them received insulin treatment for more than 6 months.A questionnaire was designed to investigate the use of insulin and insulin injections.Results A total of 355 questionnaires were distributed and all the questionnaires were collected.The effective response rate was 100%.The results of the questionnaire showed that the patients had a better grasp in insulin pen and insulin match,correctly installing the insulin pen and insulin needle,injection at the prescribed time and number of times in accordance with the doctor′s advice,and injecting insulin to avoid hyperplasia,scars,and infection sites,but poor in storing the insulin pen and insulin correctly,washing hands before injecting insulin,checking the dosage and type of insulin before injecting insulin,disinfecting the skin with alcohol before injecting insulin,injecting insulin at a 90°angle,changing the insulin needle each time,and the distance between the injection site and the last injection more than 3 cm.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes patients in Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital still have deficiencies in storing the insulin pen and insulin correctly,washing hands before injecting insulin,checking the dosage and type of insulin before injecting insulin,disinfecting the skin with alcohol before injecting insulin,injecting insulin at a 90°angle,changing the insulin needle each time,and the distance between the injection site and the last injection more than 3 cm,and they need continuous improvement to continuously improve their correct use of insulin.
