摘要
为探索醉鱼草内生细菌ZJ1的生防机制,对ZJ1菌株的胞外蛋白酶、几丁质酶、β-l,3-葡聚糖酶、纤维素酶活力和溶磷能力等抑菌活性物质及吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)、番茄保护酶活性进行了测定。结果表明,ZJ1菌株可分泌胞外蛋白酶及纤维素酶,但不能产生几丁质酶、β-l,3-葡聚糖酶以及IAA,且不具有溶磷能力;ZJ1菌株能提高番茄叶片的CAT、POD、PPO、SOD活性,降低叶片中的MDA含量。醉鱼草ZJ1菌株的生防机制可能是通过产生胞外蛋白酶及纤维素酶分解真菌菌丝结构,进而抑制菌丝生长,并通过保持番茄植株膜系统的稳定,进而对植株起到防护效果,使之抗病性增强,减轻植物病害。
To explore the biological control mechanism of the endophytic bacteria ZJ1 in Buddleja lindleyana Fortune,the extracellular protease,chitinase,β-l,3-glucanase,cellulase and phosphate solubilizing ability of antibacterial active substance of ZJ1 strain and indole-3-acetic acid(IAA)and the activity of tomato protective enzymes were measured.The results showed that ZJ1 strain could secrete extracellular proteases and cellulase,but could not produce chitinase,β-l,3-glucanase and IAA,and had no phosphate solubilizing ability.ZJ1 strain could increase the activity of CAT,POD,PPO,SOD of tomato leaves and reduce the MDA content in leaves.The biocontrol mechanism of ZJ1 strain of Buddleja lindleyana Fortune may be to produce extracellular protease and cellulase to decompose the structure of fungal hyphae,and then inhibit the growth of hyphae,and maintain the stability of tomato plant membrane system,so as to play a protective role on the plant,enhance its disease resistance and reduce plant diseases.
