摘要
针对考虑电网安全约束的调度计划智能优化与停电计划进行了研究。首先建立了考虑安全约束的调度计划优化模型,从而确定机组的组合状态。考虑到电气设备运行检修状态的需求,从稳定性分析和检修指标两方面对设备检修需求进行了分析。考虑到停电计划需要结合机组短期和中长期调度计划安排,提出了基于多级安全校核的停电计划规则。最后针对机组调度计划进行了仿真分析,说明了所提方法的有效性。
The intelligent optimization of dispatching plan and power outage plan considering the security constraints of the power grid are studied.Firstly,an optimization model of dispatching plan considering safety constraints is established to determine the unit combination status.Taking into account the requirements of the operation and maintenance status of electrical equipment,the equipment maintenance requirements are analyzed from two aspects:stability analysis and maintenance indicators.Considering that the blackout plan needs to be combined with the short-term and medium-and long-term dispatching plans of the unit,a blackout plan rule based on multi-level safety checks is proposed.Finally,a simulation analysis is carried out for the unit dispatching plan,which shows the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper.
