摘要
利用摩擦磨损试验机UMT-2模拟了绕组绝缘纸在变压器中受到的微动磨损,研究了绝缘纸厚度、绝缘纸浸油前后、法向载荷和摩擦次数对绝缘纸磨损形式和磨损层数的影响,并对试验结果进行了分析。
The fretting wear of transformer winding insulation paper is simulated by friction and wear testing machine UMT-2. The influence of Insulation paper thickness, before and after the insulation paper immersing oil normal load and friction times on the wear form and wear layer number of insulating paper are studied. The test results are analysed.
