接箍磷化生产线电气控制系统设计

摘要 石油套管接箍的磷化对石油套管的防粘扣性能起着至关重要的作用。为更好地控制磷化质量及降低生产成本,依据石油套管接箍高温锰系磷化生产工艺流程设计了接箍磷化生产线电气控制系统,并对各分电气控制系统的设计方案和控制原理进行了简要的介绍。实际应用结果显示,该磷化生产线电气控制系统设计合理,控制精度高,可有效提高石油套管接箍的磷化质量并降低成本。 The phosphorization of oil casing collar coupling plays an important role in the anti-adhesion performance of oil casing.In this paper,in order to better control phosphating quality and reduce production cost,an electrical control system for coupling phosphating production line respectively is designed according to the process flow of high-temperature manganese series phosphating production of petroleum casing coupling,and the design scheme and control principle of each electrical control system are briefly introduced.The result of practical application shows that the electric control system of phosphating production line has the characteristics of reasonable design and high control precision,which plays a positive role in improving phosphating quality of oil casing coupling and cost reduction.
