钻井液用环保润滑剂的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高钻速、降低井下摩阻,润滑剂被大量应用于水平井和定向井的钻井作业中。以大豆酸化油和工业乙醇为主要原料,使用自制催化剂,研制了一种钻井液用环保润滑剂。研究结果表明,该润滑剂合成工艺简单,与钻井液配伍性好,抗温120℃,1%加量下润滑系数降低率为82.4%。在大庆油田的XS区块的水平井中进行了现场试验,施工过程中扭矩和摩阻明显小于邻井,2口井共计缩短建井周期3.5天,节省润滑剂4.6 t,共计节约润滑剂使用费76440元,起到了良好的降本增效效果。 In order to increase drilling speed and reduce downhole friction,lubricants are widely used in horizontal and directional well drilling operations.Using soybean acidified oil and industrial ethanol as the main raw materials,using self-made catalysts,an environmentally friendly lubricant for drilling fluids has been developed.Research results show that the lubricant has a simple synthesis process,good compatibility with drilling fluids,a temperature resistance of 120℃,and a lubrication coefficient reduction rate of 82.4%at a 1%addition.Field tests were carried out on horizontal wells in the XS block of Daqing Oilfield.The torque and friction during construction were significantly lower than those of adjacent wells.The construction period of the two wells was shortened by 3.5 days and the lubricant was saved by 4.6 tons,and the treatment agents usage fee was saved RMB 76440 in total,which has a good effect of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
