摘要
目的:研究电针联合生血通便颗粒对混合痔术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年1月1日—2020年4月30日在湖南中医药大学第二附属医院行痔疮手术治疗后出现便秘症状的患者70例,采用随机表法分为对照组及治疗组,每组各35例。对照组予以自制药生血通便颗粒冲服润肠通便,疗程为7d;治疗组在此基础上联合电针(取天枢穴、大肠俞穴)治疗便秘,以排便时间、排便间隔时长、粪便性状及结肠运输试验的含钡剂标记物排出时间及72h后大肠存留标记物数量作为观察指标,对治疗结束时、治疗完成30d后进行疗效判定,通过SPSS26.0软件进行统计分析。结果:同治疗前相比较,治疗组及对照组患者的便秘症状均好转,2组的各观察指标同治疗前均改善,且差异具有统计学意义;治疗组有效率(88.6%)显著高于对照组有效率(60%),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组复发率(16.1%)显著低于对照组复发率(47.6%),差异具有统计学意义。结论:生血通便颗粒联合电针对混合痔术后便秘治疗效果明显,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with Shengxue Tongbian granules on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Select 70 patients with constipation symptoms after hemorrhoid surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2020 to April 30,2020.They were divided into control group and treatment group by random table method.There were 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with self-made Shengxue Tongbian granules to moisturize the bowels,and the course of treatment lasted 7 days;on this basis,the treatment group was combined with electroacupuncture(take Tianshu points and Dachangshu points)to treat constipation,with defecation time,defecation interval time,and stool The discharge time of barium-containing markers in the traits and colonic transport test and the number of markers remaining in the large intestine after 72 hours were used as observation indicators.The curative effect was judged at the end of the treatment and 30 days after the completion of the treatment,and statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS26.0 software.Results:Compared with before treatment,the constipation symptoms of patients in the treatment group and the control group improved,and the observation indexes of the two groups were improved as before,and the difference was statistically significant;the effective rate(88.6%)of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group.The effective rate of the control group(60%)was statistically significant;the recurrence rate of the treatment group(16.1%)was significantly lower than the recurrence rate of the control group(47.6%),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Shengxue Tongbian granules combined with electroacupuncture have obvious therapeutic effects on postoperative constipation of mixed hemorrhoids,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
