摘要
以羟丙基甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺等为原料,过硫酸铵为引发剂,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵为交联剂,在超声作用下,通过水溶液聚合法合成出了一种羟丙基甲基纤维素抑尘剂,采用FT-IR,TGA,DSC,SEM等对产品进行了结构表征并对其抑尘性能进行了测试。结果表明,所合成的抑尘剂溶液稳定、成膜柔软、拉伸强度高。喷洒抑尘剂的煤样在室温条件下放置40 h后保水率仍可达到74.52%,使用14~15 m/s风连续吹扫3 h后煤粉损失率仅为1.26%,在150 r/min条件下震荡40 h后煤粉损失率仅为5.06%。
Under the ultrasonic,a kind of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dust suppressant was synthesized by using hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC),acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM)as raw materials,using ammonium persulfate(APS)as the initiator,dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(DMDAAC)as the crosslinker,by aqueous solution polymerization method.Structural characterization were carried out by FTIR,TGA,DSC,SEM and test its dust suppression performance.The results show that the synthesized dust suppressant solution was stable,the film was soft,and the film was stretched high strength.After being sprayed with dust suppressant for 40 h at room temperature,the coal sample still has a water retention rate of 74.52%,and the pulverized coal loss rate is only 1.26%after continuous purge for 3 h with 14~15 m/s wind;after shaking for 40 h under the condition of 150 r/min,the pulverized coal loss rate was only 5.06%.
