超声诊断髌股疼痛综合征软骨损伤的临床价值

摘要 髌股疼痛综合征(patellofemoral pain syndrome,PFPS)是最常见的膝关节疾病之一,高运动量人群常见[1]。髌股疼痛综合征患者因关节局部关节应力的改变发生关节软骨的损伤直至软骨厚度减少。磁共振成像(MRI)可以多方向、多角度成像,对软骨损伤敏感性高[2],但由于价格高,检查时间长等原因临床应用受限。高频超声可以较好地显示关节软骨损伤。现收集我院2018年8月至2019年10月56例临床诊断为髌股疼痛综合征的患者的MRI及超声检查结果,进行对比分析,评价超声检查在PFPS软骨损伤中的诊断价值。
