新型模切机滑块运动特性及其惯性力特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文以公称压力2000kN、公称压力行程5mm、最大行程次数9000次/h新型的卧式平压平模切机对称双输出肘杆机构为研究背景,简介了新型模切机的工作原理,建立了相应的工作机构各个零件运动学数学模型,推导出了主、副滑块的位移、速度和加速度的理论计算公式。使用商用软件MATLAB绘制出主滑块的位移、速度、加速度随时间变化的曲线,表明该新型模切机具有低速锻冲、高速回程的特点,有利于提高模切精度和模切效率。分析了该新型模切机工作机构各个部件的受力情况,推导出了各个构件的惯性力表达式,同时基于商用软件ADAMS对机构进行了整机竖直惯性力、水平惯性力以及翻转力矩仿真分析,对惯性力特性进行了分析,验证了理论分析的正确性。 This paper takes the symmetrical double output toggle mechanism of the new horizontal flat die-cutting machine with a nominal pressure of 2000 kN,a nominal pressure stroke of 5 mm,and a maximum stroke of 9000 times/h as the research background,and introduces the working principle of the new die-cutting machine,and establishes Corresponding to the kinematics mathematical model of each part of the working mechanism,the theoretical calculation formulas for the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the main and auxiliary sliders are deduced.The commercial software MATLAB is used to draw the curve of the displacement,speed and acceleration of the main slider with time,which shows that the new die-cutting machine has the characteristics of low-speed forging and high-speed return,which is beneficial to improve die-cutting accuracy and die-cutting efficiency.The force of each part of the working mechanism of the new die-cutting machine is analyzed,and the inertial force expression of each member is deduced.At the same time,the vertical inertial force,horizontal inertial force and turning moment of the mechanism are simulated based on the commercial software ADAMS.Analyze the characteristics of inertial force and verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
