摘要 构建安全风险分级管控与隐患排查治理双重预防机制,有助于实现关口前移、源头治理、科学预防的安全生产管理目标,有效遏制生产安全事故的发生。南水北调中线干线工程建设管理局作为南水北调中线干线工程运行管理单位,高度重视安全生产管理工作,通过研究探索,建立符合工程自身特点的双重预防机制,以期提升安全生产整体管理水平,保障工程运行安全。 The construction of a dual prevention mechanism of risk hierarchical management and control as well as hidden trouble detection and control could be beneficial to carry out the objectives of production safety management such as taking ahead of the practical work,controlling the source and preventing scientifically,meanwhile,it could be effective on reducing safety incidents.As the management unit of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project,the Construction and Administration Bureau of South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project has paid high attention to production safety management.According to research,a dual prevention mechanism which fits in with the features of the South-to-North Water Diversion Middle Route Project is established,in order to improve the level of production safety management as well as ensure the safety of the project.
