摘要
[目的]建立快速检测铁皮石斛中乙烯菌核利、毒死蜱、腐霉利、联苯菊酯和伏杀硫磷等5种农药残留的GC-MS/MS方法。[方法]采用QuEChERS方法对铁皮石斛进行提取和净化,使用质谱多反应监测(MRM)模式定性,使用外标法定量测定铁皮石斛中的农药残留。[结果]标准曲线在0.05~2.0μg·mL^(-1)质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r^(2))介于0.9991~0.9999之间;方法定量限介于0.003~0.012 mg·kg^(-1)之间;在0.2、0.5、2.0 mg·kg^(-1)添加水平,回收率分别介于79.76%~91.45%、82.57%~91.94%、84.17%~89.97%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)分别介于1.14%~4.53%、1.10%~1.52%、0.32%~1.91%之间。[结论]建立的检测方法具有简便高效、经济节约、准确稳定等优点,适用于检测铁皮石斛中乙烯菌核利等5种农药残留。
[Purpose]A rapid gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)method was developed for the determination of 5 pesticide residues(vinclozolin,chlorpyrifos,procymidone,bifenthrin,and thiophosate)in Dendrobium officinale.[Method]The QuEChERS method was applied to extract and purify D.officinale.The qualitative analysis was detected with the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.The external standard method was adopted to quantitatively determine the pesticide residues in D.officinale.[Result]The standard curve had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.05-2.0μg·mL^(-1),and the correlation coefficient(r^(2))was between 0.9991 and 0.9999.The method quantification limit was between 0.003 and 0.012 mg·kg^(-1).The recovery rates of 0.2,0.5 and 2.0 mg·kg^(-1) treatments were 79.76%-91.45%,82.57%-91.4%,and 84.17%-89.97%,respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 1.14% to 4.53%,1.10% to 1.52%,and 0.32% to 1.91%,respectively.[Conclusion]The method in this experiment is suitable for the detection of 5 pesticide residues in D.officinale due to its efficiency,economy,accuracy and stability.
