摘要
随着机械制造、电子、汽车、航天工业的发展,特别是近年来中国汽车工业的不断稳步发展,金属铸造业取得很大的进步,为铝合金的压铸模具附件提供了广阔的发展空间。压力铸造工艺虽然效率高、效益好,但废品率高,难以保证成型工艺下的产品质量。对此,文章从支架构建的实际案例出发,介绍了铝合金压铸模具浇道系统设计方案及优化建议,以供参考。
With the development of machinery manufacturing, electronics, automobiles, and aerospace industries, especially in recent years, China’s automobile industry has continued to develop steadily, and the metal casting industry has also made great progress, providing a broad development space for aluminum alloy die-casting die accessories.. Although the pressure casting process has high efficiency and good benefits, the rejection rate is high, and the quality of products under many molding processes is difficult to guarantee. Starting from the actual case of the bracket construction, the article introduces the design scheme of the aluminum alloy die-casting mold runner system and optimization suggestions for reference.
