新经济时代的显著特征就是人们消费能力的增加,于汽车行业而言,为了能够适应发展的大趋势,推动着管理科学的发展,因此战略管理应允而生。成本是影响一个企业生存发展的重要因素,文章以新能源汽车比亚迪为例,分析战略成本管理意义及存在问题的同时,提出新能源汽车比亚迪的战略成本管理对策,希望为我国未来的汽车营销战略成本控制提供较大的帮助。
The salient feature of the new economic era is the increase in people's spending power.As far as the automotive industry is concerned,to be able to adapt to the general trend of development and promote the development of management science,strategic management came into being.Cost is an important factor aff ecting the survival and development of an enterprise.The article takes the new energy vehicle BYD as an example,analyzes the signifi cance and problems of strategic cost management,and puts forward the strategic cost management countermeasures of the new energy vehicle BYD,hoping to provide greater help to the future automobile marketing strategy cost control.
