摘要
为解决电子皮带秤纠偏能力低、计量精度差等问题,基于摩擦原理设计了一种恒张力自动纠偏机构。将张紧辊与纠偏辊独立设计,以消除两者之间的影响;通过PLC控制纠偏辊向设定方向转动,利用纠偏辊与传输带之间摩擦力的轴向分力,推动传输带向设定方向偏移,进而实现传输带恒张力自动纠偏。以CK63E型电子皮带秤为对象进行测试,结果表明:纠偏辊可以双向调整传输带的偏移方向,传输带张力不会因纠偏机构运行而发生变化,实现了传输带双向、大范围纠偏,提高了电子皮带秤计量精度。该技术可为提高制丝生产过程控制能力提供支持。
In order to promote the adjustment capability and measurement precision of electronic belt weigher,an automatic constant tension adjustment mechanism was designed on the basis of friction principle,wherein the tension roller and the adjusting roller were designed independently to eliminate the intervention between the two.Controlled by a PLC,the adjustment roller rotates towards the set direction;pushed by the axial component of the friction between the adjusting roller and the conveying belt,the conveying belt travels towards the set direction,as a result the tension of the conveying belt is automatically corrected.The designed mechanism was tested on a CK63E electronic belt weigher.The results showed that the adjusting roller could adjust the conveying belt bidirectionally and the tension of the conveying belt did not change while the adjustment mechanism was running,thereby the bidirectional and wide-range deviations of conveying belt become controllable and the measurement precision of electronic belt weigher is improved.This technique provides a support for promoting the control abilities in the process of tobacco primary processing.
