摘要
肠道分节丝状菌(Segmented filamentous bacteria,SFB)为肠道共生菌,借助钩状突起与肠上皮细胞(Intestinal Epithelial Cells,IECs)紧密结合的独特黏附方式,在刺激宿主肠道免疫成熟、防御病原菌感染及维持肠道稳态等方面发挥重要作用。因此,本文通过SFB定植后与肠内辅助性T 17(T Helper 17,Th17)细胞、IgA^(+)B细胞及固有淋巴细胞(Innate Lymphoid Cells,ILCs)的互作影响宿主肠黏膜免疫系统,并对SFB在模式动物中的研究现状进行综述,以期为SFB调控肠道免疫、治疗动物疾病、保障机体健康提供思路。
Intestinal Segmented filamentous bacteria(SFB),as intestinal symbiosis bacteria,played an important role in stimulating intestinal immune maturation,defending against pathogenic bacteria infection and maintain intestinal homeostasis,etc.by virtue of the unique adhesion mode of close combination of hooklike processes and intestinal epithelial cells(IECs).Therefore,the host intestinal mucosal immune system was affected by the interaction of SFB with T helper 17(Th17)cells,IgA^(+)B cells and innate lymphocyte cells(ILCs),the research status of SFB in model animals was summarized,so as to provide ideas and perspectives for SFB to regulate intestinal immunity and treat animal diseases to protect the body’s health.
