摘要
基于金线莲的已知分布点和12个环境因子,利用最大熵生态位模型(Maxent)研究金线莲在福建沿海的生态适宜性。结果表明,Maxent模型预测效果较为良好,其测试集的AUC值为0.843,可用于金线莲的生态适宜性分析;金线莲在福建省沿海的高适生区约占18%,主要分布在武夷山市、柘荣县、周宁县、德化县、安溪县、南靖县、平和县和华安县等地区;高程、年平均气温、土壤有机质、速效钾、速效磷、坡度、年平均日照时数和年平均降水量对金线莲的生长影响较大,其累计贡献率达到了94.8%。该研究可为福建省金线莲资源保护与合理利用提供科学依据。
Based on 95 distributing points of Anoectochilus roxburghii and 12 environmental factors,we used the maximum entropy niche model(Maxent)to study the ecological suitability of Anoectochilus roxburghii in Fujian coastal areas.The results show that the prediction accuracy of Maxent model was high,and its AUC value was 0.843,which can be used to analyze the ecological suitability of Anoectochilus roxburghii.The highly suitable area for the distribution of Anoectochilus roxburghii accounting for 18%,distributed in Wuyishan,Zherong,Zhouning,Dehua,Anxi,Nanjing,Pinghe and Hua’an;elevation,annual average temperature,soil organic matter,available potassium,available phosphorus,slope,annual average sunshine hours and annual average precipitation had great influence on the growth of Anoectochilus roxburghii,and altitude was the most significant,and its cumulative contribution rate reached 94.8%.This study can provide scientific basis for the protection and utilization of Anoectochilus roxburghii in Fujian Province.
