摘要
采煤机工作过程中,截齿的截割过程相对复杂,其截割性能的优劣决定了采煤效率及截齿的使用寿命。截割厚度是影响截割过程的重要参数,不同的截割厚度对块煤率及开采过程中的粉尘量具有重要的影响。依据截割厚度的不同,采用离散元分析的方式对不同截割厚度下的截割性能进行分析。结果表明,随着截割厚度的增加,煤岩破碎率的平均斜率在逐渐增加,此时的块煤率增加,在截割厚度为5~7 cm时,煤岩的破碎率斜率增加较大。在进行实际开采时,应综合考虑多种因素的作用,选取最优的截割厚度,提高截割效率。
In the working process of shearer,the cutting process of the cutting gear is relatively complex;the cutting performance determines the mining efficiency and service life of the cutting gear.The cutting thickness is an important parameter affecting the cutting process,and different cutting thickness has important influence on the lump coal rate and the dust measurement in the mining process.According to the different cutting thicknesses,the cutting performance under different cutting thicknesses is analyzed by using the discrete element analysis.The results show that with the increase of cutting thickness,the average slope of coal rock breakage rate increases gradually.At this time,the lump coal rate increases.When the cutting thickness is 5-7 cm,the slope of coal rock breakage rate increases greatly.In the actual mining process,the effect of various factors should be considered comprehensively to select the optimal cutting thickness and improve the cutting efficiency.
