摘要
目的探讨慢性宫颈炎应用抗宫炎片以及壳聚糖宫颈炎菌膜治疗的有效性研究。方法选择2017年2月至2019年4月治疗的慢性宫颈炎患者137例,采用随机数表法随机分成对照组(n=68)和治疗组(n=69)。对照组使用壳聚糖宫颈抗菌膜进行治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用抗宫炎片进行治疗,观察并对比2组治疗的临床效果、病原体转阴疗效、血清炎性因子水平、生活质量和不良反应情况。结果治疗组治疗有效率为94.20%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);治疗组病原体转阴疗效为94.20%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);2组治疗前白介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后IL-6、hs-CRP、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前生活感受、家庭支持、活动能力、日常生活和健康感受等Spitzer指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后生活感受、家庭支持、活动能力、日常生活和健康感受等Spitzer指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组头晕、便秘、胃肠道不适、阴道出血等不良反应发生率与对照组相比无明显差异,且2组的不良反应发生率均较低(P>0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎应用抗宫炎片以及壳聚糖宫颈炎菌膜治疗的有效性显著,能有效抑制炎症,病原体转阴率高,能促进宫颈上皮细胞的修复和再生,无明显不良反应,切实提高了生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of anti cervicitis tablets and chitosan cervicitis membrane on chronic cervicitis.Methods A total of 137 patients with chronic cervicitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=68)and observation group(n=69).The patients in control group were treated by chitosan cervical antibacterial film,howevr,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by anti cervicitis tablets.The clinical effect,pathogen negative conversion effect,serum levels of inflammatory factor,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate in observation group was 94.20%,which was significantly higher than that(76.47%)in control group(P<0.05).The negative transformation rate of pathogens in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(94.2%vs 75.00%,P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive c reactive protein(hs-CRP)and TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-αin observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the Spitzer indexes such as life feeling,family support,activity ability,daily life and health feeling between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Spitzer indexes including life feeling,family support,activity ability,daily life and health feeling in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions including dizziness,constipation,gastrointestinal discomfort and vaginal bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of anti cervicitis tablets and chitosan cervicitis membrane on chronic cervicitisanti are significant,which can effectively inhibit inflammation,has high negative conversion rate of pathogens,and can promote the repair and regeneration of cervical epithelial cells,improve the life quality of patients,without obvious adverse reactions.
