摘要
为探究引起河南省汝南县花生白绢病的病原种类及其生物学特性,利用形态学和分子生物学方法对分离自汝南县的花生白绢病原真菌进行鉴定,同时研究了病原菌的生物学特性及室内药剂筛选.结果表明,引起汝南县花生白绢病的病原菌为罗氏阿太菌(Athelia rolfsii),其无性态为齐整小核菌(Sclerotium rolfsii).生物学特性研究表明花生白绢病的病原菌生长的最适温度为30℃,最适pH为6.0.该菌能利用供试的碳源、氮源进行营养生长,但在以葡萄糖、麦芽糖或淀粉为唯一碳源和以尿素作为唯一氮源的培养基上均不能产生菌核.菌核的抑制萌发温度为55℃,时间为10 min.室内抗病药毒力测定结果表明,戊唑醇对罗氏阿太菌的毒力最强,EC50值为0.4629 mg/L.
The pathogenic fungi causing peanut southern blight in Runan County of Henan Province were identified by morphological characteristics and molecular biological methods.The biological characteristics of the pathogenic fungi and the toxicity measurement were also studied.The results showed that the pathogen causing peanut southern blight in Runan County was identified as Athelia rolfsii,and its asexual form was Sclerotium rolfsii.The optimum growth temperature of the fungi is 30℃,and the optimum pH is 6.0.It can grow on the medium with the tested carbon and nitrogen sources,but it can not produce sclerotia on the medium with glucose,maltose or starch as the sole carbon source and urea as the sole nitrogen source.Sclerotia can not germinate after incubated at 55℃ or 60℃ for 10 minutes.The toxicity measurement results showed that tebuconazole was the most virulent fungicide against the pathogen,and the EC50 was 0.4629 mg/L.
