情景教学法在手术室教学中的应用对带教质量的提高评价

摘要 目的评价情景教学法在手术室教学中的应用效果。方法选取在该院实习的98名实习生进行调查与分析,调查时间为2015年5月-2019年5月。将实习生分为两组,每组49名。对照组采用常规教学方式,实验组采用了情景教学方式。分析两组实习生最终教学结果。结果对照组综合成绩、专科技术操作成绩、专科理论成绩得分和实验组相比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组带教满意得分和对比组带教满意得分结果相比较高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组交流协调能力高于对照组,实验组临床护理能力高于对照组,实验组实习生专业技术能力高于对照组,实验组自主学习能力显著高于对照组护理实习生,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室教学中,可采用情景教学方式,教学质量更佳,效果更理想,值得在临床中广泛应用和推广。 Objective Evaluated the application effect of situational teaching method in operating room teaching.Methods Selected 98 interns in the school to conduct investigation and analysis.The investigation time was from May 2015 to May 2019.The interns were divided into two groups,each group had 49 interns.The control group used conventional teaching methods,and the experimental group used situational teaching methods.Analyze the final teaching results of the two groups of interns.Results Compared with the experimental group,the comprehensive scores,technical operation scores,and theoretical scores of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the contrast group.The difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The communication and coordination ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the clinical nursing ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the professional technical ability of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the independent learning ability of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operating room teaching,situational teaching can be used,the teaching quality is better,the effect is more ideal,and it is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical practice.
