摘要
目的:探讨通络扶正汤辅助治疗缺血性脑卒中的效果。方法:按照组间基线资料匹配原则将本院2018年6月-2020年1月101例缺血性脑卒中患者分组,对照组50例给予常规西药治疗,观察组51例在对照组基础上予以通络扶正汤辅助治疗。治疗1个月后,观察两组临床疗效、血清相关因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VEGF、bFGF水平较对照组高,CRP水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:通络扶正汤辅助治疗可通过减轻缺血性脑卒中患者炎症反应,减少血管内皮损伤,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction in the auxiliary treatment of ischemic stroke.Method:According to the principle of matching baseline data between groups,a total of 101 patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital from June 2018 to January 2020 were divided into groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 51 patients in the observation group were adjuvant treatment with Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction based on the control group.After 1 month of treatment,the clinical efficacy and serum levels of related factors were observed in the two groups.Result:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the levels of VEGF and bFGF in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CRP level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of Tongluo Fuzheng Decoction can reduce the inflammatory response of patients with ischemic stroke,reduce vascular endothelial damage,and improve the therapeutic effect.
