可远程控制的特高压输电线路液压紧线装置研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高液压紧线装置智能化与容错性等性能,提出一种可远程控制的特高压输电线路液压紧线装置。利用改变滚筒之间间距,对因输电线弹性伸缩导致的张力变化进行补偿,达到最小张力点的张力约束在某范围内的目的,发挥出拉紧导线的作用。在此基础上,设计特高压输电线路液压缸紧线装置动力学基础模型,依据该模型提出模糊自主式调节PID控制器(比例-积分-微分控制器)架构,并通过数据采集功能模块对液压紧线装置运行过程中的参数进行监视,所得数据通过发送和接收程序上报给监控人员,监控人员根据所得数据对液压紧线装置进行控制。最后通过通信软件设计,为液压紧线装置运行监控提供支撑,完成特高压输电线路液压紧线装置方法设计。实验结果表明,该设计方法可有效隔离总线各节点电气,其容错性能良好,能够有效抑制干扰,同时实现液压紧线装置的远程控制,增强特高压输电线路正常运行性能。 In order to improve the intelligent and fault-tolerant performance of the hydraulic tightening device,a remote-controlled hydraulic tightening device for UHV transmission line is proposed.By changing the distance between the rollers,the change of tension caused by the elastic expansion of the transmission line is compensated,so as to achieve the purpose that the tension of the minimum tension point is constrained in a certain range,and play the role of tightening the wire.On this basis,the dynamic basic model of UHV transmission line hydraulic cylinder tightening device is designed.According to the model,a fuzzy self-adjusting PID(proportional integral differential)controller architecture is proposed.The parameters of the hydraulic tightening device during operation are monitored through the data acquisition function module,and the obtained data are reported to the monitoring personnel through the sending and receiving program for monitoring The controller controls the hydraulic tightening device according to the data.Finally,through the design of communication software,it provides support for the operation monitoring of the hydraulic tightening device,and completes the design method of the hydraulic tightening device of UHV transmission line.The experimental results show that the design method can effectively isolate the electrical bus nodes,and has good fault-tolerant performance,which can effectively suppress the interference.At the same time,it can realize the remote control of the hydraulic tightening device and enhance the normal operation performance of UHV transmission lines.
