不同的内膜准备方案在高龄患者冻融胚胎移植周期中的应用比较

摘要 目的:分析高龄患者冻融胚胎移植周期中实施3种不同内膜准备方案的效果差异。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月-2020年1月在本院实施冻融胚胎移植治疗的高龄不孕症患者共计392个周期的临床资料,依据子宫内膜准备方案不同将其分成促排卵周期组(n=122)、自然周期组(n=106)以及激素替代周期组(n=164)。对比三组患者D3胚胎占比、囊胚占比、优质胚胎率、移植胚胎数量、转化当天子宫内膜厚度、临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率以及流产率。结果:三组D3胚胎占比、囊胚占比、优质胚胎率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组移植胚胎数量、转化当天子宫内膜厚度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率及流产率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:促排卵周期、自然周期以及激素替代周期准备方案在高龄患者冻融胚胎移植中均能发挥一定效果,在临床实际应用中需结合患者具体情况制定相应的准备方案。 Objective:To analyze the effects of three different intimal preparations in advanced patients following the frozen embryo transfer cycle.Method:The clinical data of 392 cycles of advanced infertile patients who received frozen embryo treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.according to different endometrial preparation regimens,they were divided into ovulation induction cycle group(n=122),natural cycle group(n=106)and hormone replacement cycle group(n=164).The proportion of D3 embryo proportions,blastocyst proportions,high-quality embryo rate,embryos transferred,endometrial thickness upon transfer,clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate and abortion rate in the three groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences in the proportion of D3 embryos,blastocyst proportion and high-quality embryo rate among the three groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the number of embryos transferred and endometrial thickness on the day of transformation among the three groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in clinical pregnancy rate,embryo implantation rate and abortion rate among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:All of the ovulatory induction cycle,natural cycle and hormone replacement cycle preparations produce certain effects in the frozen embryo transfer for advanced patients,therefore,the proper intimal preparations shall be chosen according to patient’s actual conditions.
