摘要
目的:对熊去氧胆酸联合乳蛋白深度水解配方粉(蔼儿舒)治疗胆汁淤积症的临床效果进行探究,尽最大努力完善该患儿治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月-2019年12月本院儿科80例胆汁淤积症患儿的资料。根据治疗方法分为对照组40例和观察组40例,对照组采用熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组采用熊去氧胆酸联合蔼儿舒治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、肝功能情况及用药安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%,与对照组的92.5%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的TBIL、DBIL、AST、ALT比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的TBIL、DBIL、AST、ALT均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药期间,观察组不良反应发生率虽低于对照组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上对婴儿胆汁淤积症辅以熊去氧胆酸联合蔼儿舒治疗方案,疗效确切,有助于患儿肝功能的恢复,不增加不良反应,便于保障患儿临床治疗安全,值得优选。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with acid milk protein deep hydrolyzed formula(Alfaré)in the treatment of cholestasis,and try our best to improve the treatment plan for this child.Method:The data of 80 children with cholestasis in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid,while the observation group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with Alfaré.The therapeutic effect,liver function and medication safety were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,compared with 92.5%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TBIL,DBIL,AST and ALT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TBIL,DBIL,AST and ALT in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During medication,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with Alfaréis effective in the treatment of infantile cholestasis,which is conducive to the recovery of liver function of children,and has less adverse reactions,so it is easy to ensure the safety of clinical treatment of children,which is worthy of optimization.
