摘要
为了降低盘条氧化铁皮厚度,采用降低吐丝温度、提高风冷线冷却强度等工艺措施后,盘条氧化铁皮中的w(O)∶w(Fe)从1∶2降低至1∶1,FeO层占比由40%提高至70%,最终氧化铁皮厚度减少约6μm,改善了客户的机械剥壳效果。
To reduce oxide scale thickness of wire rod,process measures such as reducing spinning temperature and increasing cooling intensity of air-cooled are adopted.The w(O)∶w(Fe)in oxide scale of wire rod decreases from 1∶2 to 1∶1,the proportion of FeO layer increases from 40%to 70%,and final oxide scale thickness decreases about 6μm.Improve customers mechanical descaling effect.
