摘要
当前,国内大型医用设备配置应用的绩效评价研究主要聚焦于评价指标和评价方法两个方面,但存在将配置和应用的绩效评价割裂研究的问题。应围绕国家宏观规划配额设定、地方诊治需求、公立医院绩效考核等多层次决策目标,以卫生技术评估方法为基础,构建能够评价大型医用设备配置合理性和应用适宜性的综合指标体系,支持大型医用设备的合理配置及优化应用。
At present,the research on performance evaluation of large medical equipment collocation and application in China mainly focuses on evaluation index and evaluation methods,but there is a problem of separating the performance evaluation of collocation and application.It should focus on the multi-level decision-making objectives such as the national macro-planning quota setting,the local diagnosis and treatment demand,and the public hospital performance evaluation.And based on health technology assessment methods,construct a comprehensive index system that can evaluate the rationality and suitability of large medical equipment collocation and application,and support the rational allocation and optimal application of large medical equipment.
