摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对提升女性两癌筛查意愿的作用。方法:选取2019年1-12月本地妇女100名,随机分为两组,各50名。对照组给予常规指导;观察组给予健康教育。比较两组对两癌筛查相关知识的知晓率和筛查意愿等指标。结果:观察组两癌筛查意义知晓率、两癌无早期症状知晓率、可早发现知晓率、危险因素知晓率、两癌筛查意愿率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组主动参与两癌筛查的女性比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育能增进女性对两癌筛查的认识程度,提升其参与两癌筛查的积极性。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education on the promotion of women's two cancer screening willingness.Methods:From January to December in 2019,100 local womenwere selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine guidance.The observation group was given health education.The awareness rate and screening willingness of the two groups were compared.Results:The awareness rate of two cancer screening significance,two cancer without early symptomsawareness rate,early detection awareness rate,risk factors awareness rate,two cancer screening willingness rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of women actively participating in two cancer screening in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education can improve women's awareness of the two cancer screening,and enhance their enthusiasm to participate in the two cancer screening.
