摘要
目的探究质量保证质量控制技术在放疗科质控管理中的应用价值。方法选取该院2020年1—8月放疗科内的医生10名,包括主治医师、放射技师和物理师,放射的设备包括各种专业机器等作为研究对象,第1~4月未进行质量保证质量控制技术时作为常规组,第5~8月进行质量保证质量控制技术时作为实验组,对比两组的应用效果。结果实验组应用质量保证质量控制技术在放疗科质控管理中更加清晰的明确分工,能够保障责任到人,提高了实施过程中的安全性和有效性。结论质量保证质量控制技术在放疗科质控管理中的应用起到了积极的作用,使得放疗科分工明确,可以提高患者的总满意率,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the application value of quality assurance quality control technology in the quality control management of radiotherapy department.Methods From January to August 2020,10 doctors in the radiotherapy department of the hospital,including atiending physician radiographers and physicists,were selected as the research objects.Radiological equipment including various professional machines were selected as the research objects.From January to April months,the quality assurance quality control technology was not performed,it was regarded as the regular group,and the quality assurance quality control technology was used as the experimental group in the May and August months.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group applied quality assurance quality control technology in the quality control management of the radiotherapy department to have a clearer division of labor,which can ensure that the responsibility was assigned to each person,and improved the safety and effectiveness of the implementation process.Conclusion The application of quality assurance quality control technology in the quality control management of the radiotherapy department has played a positive role.It makes the division of labor in the radiotherapy department clear,can improve the overall satisfaction rate of patients,and is worthy of popularization.
