摘要
目的探讨Med-Match游戏在心血管内科护生用药实践教学中的应用效果。方法将护理学院大四学生采取抽签法随机分配至2所附属医院进行临床实习,将A医院心血管内科实习的护理本科生78名分为对照组,B医院心血管内科实习的护理本科生75名分为观察组。对照组采取传统实践教学,观察组则在传统实践教学基础上融入Med-Match游戏。入科第1天、出科前1 d,对两组评判性思维及临床实践能力进行评价。结果出科前1 d观察组评判性思维及临床实践能力得分显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在临床用药实践教学中融入Med-Match游戏,使理论、实践与临床护理实际有效衔接,能显著提升护理本科生评判性思维和临床实践能力,是培养应用型护理专业人才的有效途径。
Objective To explore the application effect of Med-Match game in medication practice teaching for nursing students in cardiovascular department.Methods The grade four students in our nursing school were randomized into 2 affiliated hospitals for clinical practice by drawing lots, the 78 undergraduate nursing students practicing in the cardiovascular department of hospital A were taken as a control group, and another 75 undergraduate nursing students practicing in cardiovascular department of hospital B were regarded as an experimental group. The control group adopted traditional clinical practice teaching, while the experimental group additionally incorporated Med-Match game. The critical thinking ability and clinical practice skills of the two groups were evaluated at the first day and last day practicing in the cardiovascular department.Results The score of critical thinking ability and clinical practice skills of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group(P< 0.01 for all).Conclusion The integration of Med-Match game in the teaching of clinical medication practice makes an effective connection between theory, practice and clinical nursing, which can significantly improve the critical thinking ability and clinical practice ability of undergra-duate nursing students, and it is an effective way to cultivate applied nursing personnel.
