摘要
互联网医疗是以互联网为载体、以新一代信息技术(包括通讯/移动技术、云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能等)为手段,与传统医疗健康服务深度融合而形成的一种以分级诊疗为基础的新型医疗健康服务业态的总称~(1)。作为政策导向性明确的行业,互联网医疗的发展与政策息息相关。本文旨在通过分析近年来全国及各地出台的互联网医疗相关政策,解析政策对互联网医疗行业的积极影响或促进作用,探讨当前互联网医疗政策设计可能存在的问题或不足,并尝试提出对策和建议,助力互联网医疗行业健康规范发展。
Internet healthcare is a general term for a new type of medical and health service industry based on hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,which is formed by the deep integration of traditional medical and health services with the Internet as a carrier and new generation information technology(including communication/mobile technology,cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence,etc.)as a means.As a clear policyoriented industry,the development of Internet healthcare is closely related to policy.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the policies related to Internet healthcare introduced in recent years nationwide and various regions,explain the positive impact or promotion of the policies on the Internet healthcare industry,explore the possible problems or shortcomings in the current Internet healthcare policy design,and try to put forward countermeasures and suggestions that can help the healthy and standardized development of the Internet healthcare industry.
