摘要
目的研究抑癌基因FBXW7、凋亡促进基因Smac及凋亡抑制基因Survivin在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法抽取2018年3月至2019年3月于三门峡市中心医院经病理学诊断为卵巢癌患者80例,另外选取同期卵巢交界性肿瘤标本、良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤标本以及正常卵巢组织标本各20例,将其中正常卵巢组织标本作为对照。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测FBXW7、Smac和Survivin在不同卵巢组织中的表达情况,并分析三者之间的相关性及其与临床特征的关系。结果FBXW7、Smac和Survivin在不同组织中阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,FBXW7与Smac在正常卵巢组织中的阳性率均为100%,高于其在性卵巢癌组织中的阳性率(χ^(2)=21.296,22.170,P<0.05),Survivin在正常卵巢组织中的阳性率为10%,低于其在卵巢癌组织中的阳性率(χ^(2)=18.557,P<0.05);FBXW7、Smac和Survivin的阳性表达率在不同临床分级、不同组织病理分级以及有无淋巴结转移中比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在卵巢癌中,Smac表达与Survivin表达呈明显负相关(r=-0.371,P<0.05);FBXW7蛋白表达与Smac表达呈正相关(r=0.362,P<0.05),与Survivin表达呈负相关(r=-0.354,P<0.05)。结论FBXW7、Smac和Survivin的表达与卵巢癌的发生、发展有密切关系,检测卵巢癌中FBXW7、Smac和Survivin的表达,不仅有助于评估卵巢癌的发生、发展,同时对于卵巢癌的预防及防治均具有一定作用。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of tumor suppressor gene Fbxw7,apoptosis promoting gene SMAC and apoptosis inhibiting gene survivin in ovarian neoplasms.Methods Eighty patients with ovarian neoplasms diagnosed by pathology in Sanmenxia Central Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected.In addition,20 samples of borderline ovarian tumor,20 samples of benign epithelial ovarian tumor and 20 samples of normal ovarian tissue were selected,the normal ovarian tissue specimens were used as a control.The expression of FBXW7,Smac and Survivin proteins in different ovarian tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation among the three and their relationship with clinical characteristics were analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the positive rates of FBXW7,Smac and Survivin proteins in different tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of FBXW7 and Smac in normal ovarian tissues were both 100%,which were significantly higher than those in epithelial ovarian neoplasms tissues(χ^(2)=21.296,22.170,P<0.05).The positive rate of Survivin in normal ovarian tissues was 10.00%,which was lower than that in epithelial ovarian neoplasms tissues(χ^(2)=18.557,P<0.05).There were significant differences in positive expression rates of FBXW7,Smac and Survivin proteins among patients with different clinical grading,histopathological grading and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).In epithelial ovarian neoplasms,Smac protein was significantly negatively correlated with Survivin protein(r=-0.371,P<0.05).FBXW7 protein was positively correlated with Smac protein(r=0.362,P<0.05),while negatively correlated with Survivin protein(r=-0.354,P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of FBXW7,Smac and Survivin proteins is closely related to the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian neoplasms.Detecting the expression of FBXW7,Smac and Survivin proteins in ovarian neoplasms is not only beneficial to evaluate the occurrence and development of ovarian neoplasms,but also play certain prevention effects on ovarian neoplasms.
