摘要
目的分析、比较外用应急软膏治疗带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法纳入80例带状疱疹患者,发病部位包括头面部和躯干部组,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用应急软膏外涂,对照组使用阿昔洛韦软膏外涂,比较两组的疗效、不良反应以及疼痛缓解时间。结果试验组患者头面部、躯干结痂时间分别为(9.16±2.21)d、(7.58±1.43)d,均短于对照组的(12.38±0.51)d、(9.03±1.26)d;试验组中两种部位(头面部和躯干部)的神经痛减轻时间分别为(6.45±1.79)d、(4.19±2.31)d,均短于对照组的(8.18±1.32)d、(6.34±1.17)d;试验组皮疹部位色素沉着的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论外用应急软膏治疗带状疱疹患者能够有效促进其皮疹恢复,减少色素沉着,有效缩短疼痛时间,使患者获益。
Objective To analyze and compare the clinical efficacy of Waiyong Yingji ointment in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A total of 80 patients with herpes zoster included head-face and trunk groups according to the different locations of the disease.The groups were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was externally applied with Waiyong Yingji ointment,while the control group was externally applied with acyclovir ointment.The efficacy,adverse reactions and the pain relief time of the two groups were compared.Results The scabs on the head-face and trunk of the patients in the experimental group were(9.16±2.21)d and(7.58±1.43)d,which were significantly shorter than those of the control group(12.38±0.51)d and(9.03±1.26)d.The neuralgia relief time for both parts(head-face and trunk)in the experimental group were(6.45±1.79)d and(4.19±2.31)d,which significantly shorter than those of the control group(8.18±1.32)d and(6.34±1.17)d.The incidence of adverse events related to pigmentation at the rash in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences in the above results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Waiyong Yingji ointment to treat herpes zoster can effectively promote the recovery of herpes zoster rash,reduce pigmentation,effectively shorten the pain time and benefit patients.
