摘要
为了提高防突预测的准确性,基于瓦斯监控数据,在下峪口煤矿建立了突出预警系统,实现了突出危险的在线监测、实时预警和预警结果的及时发布。采用数据自动判识滤噪和手动滤噪2种方法对瓦斯异常数据进行了滤除,建立了一套包括瓦斯量特征、解吸特征、波动特征和趋势特征的完整预警指标体系。通过计算机判识流程优选出了符合下峪口煤矿瓦斯涌出特征的预警敏感指标瓦斯指标A和煤质指标B,并确定了相应的临界值。在系统运行过程中,超前捕捉到日常预测指标超限、喷孔等煤与瓦斯突出危险多起,预警准确率达到84%,有效提升了矿井突出预测的准确性和时效性,实现了工作面预测参数的信息化管理,为防突智能化发展奠定了基础。
In order to improve the accuracy of outburst prevention prediction,based on the gas monitoring data,the outburst early warning system is established in Xiayukou Coal Mine,which realizes the online monitoring and real-time early warning of outburst danger,and timely release of early warning results.By using two methods of automatic identification filtering and manual filtering to filter the abnormal gas data,a complete early warning index system including gas quantity characteristics,desorption characteristics,fluctuation characteristics and trend characteristics is established.Through the computer identification process,the early warning sensitive index gas index A and coal quality index B which are consistent with the gas emission characteristics of Xiayukou Coal Mine are selected,and the corresponding critical values are determined.During the operation of the system,many coal and gas outburst hazards such as daily prediction index overrun and blowouts were caught in advance,and the early warning accuracy rate reached 84%,which effectively improved the accuracy and timeliness of mine outburst prediction,realized the information management of working face prediction parameters,and laid the foundation for the development of intelligent outburst prevention.
