2019年河北省规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮质量监测情况 被引量:5

Monitoring Qualities of Whole Plant Corn Silage of Hebei Scale Dairy Farms in 2019

摘要 [目的]为了全面掌控河北省规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮饲料质量情况,为今后牧场玉米青贮制作提供科学依据。[方法]通过采用专业取样器对2019年河北省参加奶牛生产性能(DHI)测定的284个规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮进行现场采样,并将青贮样品冷藏送到饲料检测室,利用近红外技术准确、快速测定其干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、淀粉等营养指标定,最终对检测结果进行分析。[结果]结果显示,河北省规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮质量处于国内中等水平,还有很高的提升空间。其中,邯郸市地区规模奶牛场全株玉米青贮干物质(34.06%)、淀粉含量(32.01%,干物质基础)、泌乳净能(1.68 Mcal/kg)均达到最高,该地区青贮质量相对最好,而秦皇岛地区青贮质量相对较差。 [Objective]In order to comprehensively control the quality of whole plant corn silage of Scale Dairy Farms in Hebei province,and to provide scientific basis for corn silage production in future.[Methods]By using professional sampler to collect whole plant corn silages of 284 scale dairy farms that were participated in the determination of dairy production performance(DHI)in Hebei province in 2019,the silage samples were refrigerated and sent to the feed testing room,through using near infrared technology to accurately and quickly test the dry matter(DM),detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),starch and other nutrition indicators,finally analyzed the test results.[Result]The results showed the quality of whole plant corn silage in Hebei scale dairy farms was at middle level in domestic,and had a high room to improve.The dry matter(34.06%),starch content(32.01%,dry matter basis)and lactation net energy(1.68 Mcal/kg)of the whole corn silage in Handan dairy farms had reached the highest level and was relatively good in Hebei province,while that was relatively poor in Qinhuangdao area.
