摘要
目的探讨量化活动干预对直肠癌患者心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法将140例直肠癌手术患者根据治疗方法不同分为干预组和常规组,每组70例。干预组患者采用量化活动干预,常规组患者采用常规护理及术后康复指导。对比两组患者干预前后的生活质量核心量表(QLQ-C30)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分的变化。结果干预前,两组患者QLQ-30各维度及SDS、SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。干预后,干预组患者躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、总体生活质量、疲乏、疼痛、睡眠障碍、食欲丧失、便秘评分均高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。干预后,干预组患者SDS、SAS评分均明显低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论量化活动干预有利于减轻直肠癌根治性手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of quantitative activity intervention on patients’psychological status and quality of life with rectal cancer.Method A total of 140 patients with rectal cancer receiving surgery were divided into the intervention group and routine group according to varying treatment methods,with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the intervention group were treated with quantitative activity intervention,and patients in the routine group were treated with conventional nursing and postoperative rehabilitation guidance.The alternations in the scores of the quality of life questionnaire core 30(QLQ-C30),the self-rating depression scale(SDS),and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Result Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in any QLQ-30 dimension and SDS,SAS scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of physical function,role function,emotional function,overall quality of life,fatigue,pain,sleep disturbance,appetite loss,and constipation in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores of patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Quantitative activity intervention helps alleviate anxiety and depression in patients undergoing radical surgery for rectal cancer,improving patients’quality of life.
