摘要
为探讨天然气管道内涂层的技术应用,总结了几种可用的管道内涂层常见材料;分析了采用管道内涂层技术的优缺点及实际应用发展。介绍了内涂层管道的运行工艺的计算方法。认为环氧树脂是目前应用最多的一种管道内涂层材质,采用管道内涂层技术可有效降低管道内腐蚀的风险,同时可增加天然气的输送效率。未来新型材料必将取代易老化的传统有机材料,在越来越多的天然气管道内涂层生产上得到应用。
In order to explore the technical application of inner coating of natural gas pipeline,several common materials for pipeline internal coating are summarized.The advantages and disadvantages of pipeline internal coating technology and its practical application development are analyzed.Taking a natural gas pipeline as an example,the operation process of the pipeline with internal coating is calculated and analyzed.Development direction of inner coating of natural gas pipeline in the future is predicted.Finally,the conclusion is as follows:Epoxy resin is one of the most widely used internal coating materials.The pipeline internal coating technology can effectively reduce the risk of pipeline internal corrosion.At the same time,it can increase the transmission efficiency of natural gas.In the future,new materials will replace the aging traditional organic materials and be used in more and more internal coating production of natural gas pipeline.
