辣椒不同品种对土壤连作障碍的响应效应研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用土壤培养试验,研究‘航椒8号’(HJ 8)和‘航椒5号’(HJ 5)在连作土壤(CC)以及非连作土壤(CK)中对土壤连作障碍的响应。结果表明:在连作土壤中‘航椒8号’和‘航椒5号’植株幼苗的健康指数分别比对照低45.81%和40.71%;在辣椒各生长时期中,连作障碍使‘航椒8号’在株高、茎粗、花蕾数、叶绿素水平、地上部干重、根干重显著降低了14.07%~66.32%。在辣椒收获期,‘航椒8号’辣椒果实干重显著较对照降低了267.43%。在辣椒花期,连作障碍使‘航椒8号’植株叶片中POD、SOD酶活性以及土壤可培养放线菌数量显著降低了40.56%、32.21%、53.40%,土壤总微生物降幅达到39.75%。连作显著抑制了‘航椒8号’叶片中POD、SOD酶活性,减少了土壤放线菌的有效活菌数和土壤微生物总数,导致连作土壤微生物群落发生变化,从而抑制了辣椒健康生长而造成连作障碍,其中‘航椒5号’对连作障碍的抗性强于‘航椒8号’。 The response of’ Hangjiao 8’(HJ 8) and’ Hangjiao 5’(HJ 5) to continuous cropping obstacles in continuous cropping soil(CC) and non-continuous cropping soil(CK) was studied by soil culture experiment.Under the continuous cropping condition, the plant health index of HJ 8 and HJ 5 were 45.81% and 40.71% lower than that of the control. During the whole growth stage of pepper, the continuous cropping obstacles significantly reduced the plant height, stem diameter, flower bud number, SPAD, shoot dry weight and root dry weight of HJ 8 by 14.07%-66.32%. Moreover, continuous cropping obstacles significantly reduced the dry weight of pepper fruits of HJ 8 by 267.43%. At the flowering stage of chili pepper, the activities of POD, SOD in leaves of HJ 8 significantly decreased by 40.56% and 32.21%, and the number of actinomycetes in CC with planting of HJ 8 were reduced by 53.40%, and the decrease rate of soil total microorganism was 39.75%. Continuous cropping significantly inhibited the activities of POD and SOD in the leaves of HJ 8 and reduced the number of actinomycetes and the total number of soil microorganisms, which led to the unhealthy growth of chili pepper. The change of soil microbial community might cause continuous cropping obstacles. The resistance of HJ 5 was stronger than that of HJ 8 in soil with continuous cropping obstacles.
