摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,各类现代技术被应用到工程建设中,盾构技术便是其中之一。当前我国的盾构技术正在逐渐完善,且相关技术的应用水平也在逐步提升,相关技术方案得到了有效的改进,如重叠隧道、近接隧道等,都可以有效应用盾构掘进技术解决复杂地质问题,最终成功修建盾构隧道。盾构施工技术是地铁区间隧道施工中的常见施工方法,将其应用在地铁施工中有多种优点,且当前随着城市建设的进一步发展,地铁建设难免会遇到更为复杂的地质条件,裂隙水发育上软下硬地层便是其中之一,该土层掘进时可能诱发对周围既有建筑的严重损坏,且极有可能在此基础上引起地表塌陷,造成严重的经济损失和不良的社会影响。同时,该类型土层能够引起开挖面附近土体的过量位移,所以须在实际应用中探究碴土改良措施,保障上软下硬地层盾构施工安全,提高工程实际建设过程中的经济效益。
With the continuous development of China’s economy,all kinds of modem technologies have been applied in engineering construction,and shield technology is one of them.At present,China's shield technology is gradually improved,and the application level of related technology is gradually improved,and the relevant technical scheme has been effectively improved,such as overlapping tunnel,close tunnel,etc.,which can effectively apply shield tunneling technology to solve complex geological problems,and finally successfully build shield tunnel.Shield construction technology is a common construction method in subway tunnel construction.Its application in subway construction has many advantages.At present,with the further development of urban construction,subway construction will inevitably encounter more complex geological conditions.One of them is the development of fissure water,upper soft and lower hard ground,which may cause serious damage to existing buildings around.And it is very likely to cause surface subsidence on this basis,resulting in serious economic losses and adverse social impact.At the same time,this type of soil layer can cause excessive displacement of the soil near the excavation face,so it is necessary to explore the measures of slag soil improvement in practical application to ensure the safety of shield construction in upper soft and lower hard strata,and improve the economic benefits in the actual construction process of the project.
