摘要
目的探讨独活寄生汤对髋骨关节炎患者的临床疗效及相关作用机制,为独活寄生汤的临床应用提供理论依据。方法将2017年1月-2019年6月医院髋骨关节炎患者93例,按照随机数字表法,将受试者分为试验组47例和对照组46例。试验组采用独活寄生汤联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组采用单纯关节腔注射玻璃酸钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、Harris髋关节功能评分、白介素-6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶3(MMP-3)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果两组显效、无效、总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组VAS评分、Harris髋关节功能总分、疼痛评分、能力评分及活动度评分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组畸形评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组TNF-α、IL-6和MMP-3的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤对髋骨关节炎患者有效,不仅缓解临床症状,而且可降低髋骨关节炎患者关节炎症反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction(独活寄生汤)on hip osteoarthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors of articular fluid so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction.Methods Ninety-three patients with hip osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were divided into experimental group(n=47)and control group(n=46)according to the random number table.The experimental group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the control group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.Clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Harris hip function score,levels of interleukin(IL-6),matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-3)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VAS score,Harris hip function total score,pain score,ability score or activity score between the two groups(P<0.05).The difference in malformation score between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences of TNF-α,IL-6 and MMP-3 between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Duhuo Jisheng Decoction is effective for patients with hip osteoarthritis,which can not only relieve the clinical symptoms,but also reduce the joint inflammation.
