摘要
针对商合杭铁路裕溪河特大桥箱桁同步施工中,箱梁、桁梁的变形不协调问题,文章通过有限元模拟、对比分析,提出了调整上桁梁安装时间、顺序的施工方案,以减小辅助措施造成的巨大初始安装应力。有限元分析与实测结果表明:该桁梁施工方案能够将上弦杆的安装偏差控制在3 mm内,达到相应要求;同时,该方案可有效减小顶推中导梁的挠度。
Aiming at the problem of uncoordinated deformation of box girder and truss girder in synchronous construction of Yuxi River Bridge of Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High-speed Railway,through finite element simulation and comparative analysis,the construction scheme of adjusting the installation time and sequence of upper truss is proposed to reduce the huge initial installation stress caused by auxiliary measures.The results of finite element analysis and actual measurement show that this girder construction scheme can control the mounting deviation of the upper chord within 3 mm and meet the corresponding requirements.At the same time,the scheme can effectively reduce the deflection of the guide beam.
