摘要
以西安地铁14号线某区间先盾构后矿山法横通道为例,采用理论分析和数值分析相结合的方法研究不同注浆范围的注浆效果,以解决施工引起的管线沉降,以及正线管片质量控制的难题。结果表明,随着加固范围的增大,管线沉降、正线管片质量均得到明显的控制。经工程实践后证明:优化后方案合理可行,可为类似地层加固设计提供参考。
Taking cross passage of Xi'an Metro Line 14 by "shield before mine"method as an example,the grouting effect of different grouting ranges are studied by combination of theoretical and numerical analysis to solve the problems,such as pipelines settlement caused by construction and quality control of main line segment.The results show that the 2 above problems are obviously controlled with the increase of reinforcement range.The optimized scheme is reasonable and feasible after engineering practice.It can provide reference for similar design of stratum reinforcement.
