摘要
目的:通过CiteSpace科学文献计量软件,分析中医药数据挖掘的研究现状和发展趋势。方法:应用CiteSpace 5.6.R2软件对中国知网2010年1月1日至2019年12月31日中医药数据挖掘相关文献的作者、研究机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:中医药数据挖掘的文献发文量整体呈上升趋势,根据目前发文情况预测2020年发文量将突破500篇;研究力量较为分散,缺少跨机构之间的作者合作及跨地域之间的机构合作;研究热点主要集中于证候分布规律、名老中医经验传承、中药组方配伍研究、针灸选穴规律等;近10年来研究热点由证候研究逐渐演变为用药规律、配伍规律等中医药规律探究,中医药规律探究这一研究方向有望持续作为热点。结论:数据挖掘技术在中医药数据处理中展现了广泛的应用前景,随着中医药事业的改革创新,未来数据挖掘技术将会在中医药领域的应用越来越广泛。
Objective: To analyze the current situation and development trend of data mining of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) through the CiteSpace scientific bibliometric software. Methods: CiteSpace 5.6.r2 software was used to analyze the authors, research institutions and keywords of TCM data mining related literatures published on CNKI from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2019. Results: According to the current situation, it is predicted that the number of papers published in 2020 will exceed 500;the research force is relatively scattered, and there is a lack of inter institutional cooperation between authors and inter regional cooperation. The research focuses on the distribution of syndromes, the inheritance of famous and old Chinese medicine experience, the compatibility of Chinese medicine groups and acupuncture points selection. In the past 10 years, the research focus has gradually evolved from syndrome research to the exploration of the laws of traditional Chinese medicine, such as the laws of medication and compatibility. The research direction of the laws of traditional Chinese medicine is expected to continue as a hot spot. Conclusion: Data mining technology has shown a wide application prospect in the data processing of traditional Chinese medicine. With the reform and innovation of TCM, data mining technology will be widely used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in the future.
