摘要
为进一步提升采煤机摇臂系统的散热效果,保证在复杂工况下采煤机工作的可靠性,在分析采煤机摇臂减速器结构及当前主要冷却方式的基础上,对采煤机摇臂系统的热源及散热进行定量分析,得出仅依靠主动导热、散热无法满足系统的散热需求,最后对采煤机摇臂壳体的水套冷却路径进行优化,增加低速强制润滑冷却装置解决大倾角工况发热量的问题。
In order to further improve the heat dissipation effect of shearer rocker arm system and ensure the reliability of shearer work under complex working conditions,based on the analysis of shearer rocker arm reducer structure and current main cooling methods,The heat source and heat dissipation of shearer rocker arm system are analyzed quantitatively.It is concluded that the cooling path of the water jacket of the shearer rocker shell can not be satisfied by the active heat conduction and heat dissipation.
