摘要
掘进机截割头是截割作业的直接接触部件,在截割过程中,截齿间距的不同,造成截齿的受力及寿命不同,引起截割头的振动。对截割头球冠段的截齿间距进行优化设计,采用ABAQUS软件对不同截齿间距的掘进进行仿真分析。结果表明,优化后的截齿间距截齿受力整体有所减小,分布更加均匀,从而可以提高截齿的使用寿命,提高掘进机的工作效率。
The cutting head of roadheader is the direct contact part of cutting operation.In the process of cutting,the different spacing of cutting teeth results in different force and life of cutting teeth,and the vibration of cutting is caused.By using the optimization method,the cutting distance of the cutting head ball crown is optimized,and the ABAQUS software is used to simulate and analyze the tunneling of different cutting distance.The results show that the force of the optimized cutter spacing is reduced and the distribution is more uniform,which can improve the service life of the cutter and improve the working efficiency of the roadheader.
