稀土配合物抗癌药物的研究进展 被引量:8

Research Progress on Anticancer Drugs of Rare Earth Complexes

摘要 稀土与配体在一定条件下可生成稀土配合物,而稀土配合物大多兼具稀土、配体的功能。因为稀土的抗肿瘤作用,致使稀土配合物也具有抗肿瘤活性,且发现其抗肿瘤活性明显优于稀土或配体。通过实验表明人体可以吸收微量稀土元素,产生有害毒性或副作用。因此如何研究出高效、低毒的稀土配合物抗癌药物是当今的主要研究目标。对近几年来已研究出且具备抗肿瘤活性的稀土配合物及其抗肿瘤活性机制进行归纳、总结,以期为后续的稀土配合物抗癌药物的研究提供参考。 Rare earth complexes can be formed by rare earth and ligand under certain conditions,and most rare earth complexes have the functions of rare earth and ligand.Due to the antitumor effect of rare earth,rare earth complexes also have antitumor activity,and it was found that their antitumor activity is significantly better than that of rare earth or ligands.Experiments showed that the human body can absorb trace amounts of rare earth elements,resulting in harmful toxicity or side effects.Therefore,how to develop high efficiency and low toxicity rare earth complex anticancer drugs is the main research goal.In this paper,the rare earth complexes that have been studied in recent years and possess anti-tumor activity and their anti-tumor activity mechanism are summarized,so as to provide reference for the subsequent studies on anticancer drugs of rare earth complexes.
